Framing is a concept where-by you use elements in the image to surround or partially surround your main subject. In the case of the image below I attempted to frame the rocks in the background with the rocks in the foreground. It wasn't a half bad attempt. except I did not take my own advice and look around the frame. If I had I would have noticed the fence just past my frame. Oh well. Still though you see an example of the concept.
