The Adirondack High Peaks Wilderness is one of the most stunning places to photograph fall color in the United State, and few people know if like Ian Plant. Ian is an Adirondack 46er (having climbed the highest peaks in the Adirondacks), and has completed the 130-mile long Northville-Placid Trail cutting through the heart of the Adirondack wilderness. He returns there regularly to photograph this stunning landscape. Join Ian on a four day tour of some of the Adirondack's more accessible fall scenic hot spots! During the workshop you will learn a variety of landscape photography techniques, and get many stunning fall color images.
Ian J. Plant has been photographing the natural world for fifteen years and is known for his dramatic and evocative landscape and wildlife images. His work has appeared in a number of books and calendars, as well as national and regional magazines, including National Parks, Blue Ridge Country, Adirondack Life, Wonderful West Virginia, and Chesapeake Life, among others.
