Late May is a magical time to visit Yellowstone. The hills are green and lush, the valleys abound with wildlife caring for their young, and mountains still bear a coating of winter snow. Opportunities for fine images will include: breath-taking scenery and landscapes, abundant wildlife including bison, elk, bear, pronghorn, bighorn sheep, and a variety of colorful birds in their breeding plumage, as well as, the famous sites of Yellowstone’s landscape: the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, spouting geysers against a deep blue sky, and burping mud in pastel shades. This unique photography workshop is a 5-day, 4-night package which includes all transportation in a roomy minibus, (including pick-up and drop-off at the Bozeman (BZN), Montana, airport), class work, park fees, guiding, lodging, and excellent meals, both picnic-style in the field and at fine restaurants.
